  • Private Share Images: If you choose the "Private Share" option, the result image is generated for your immediate download. Your original photo and the generated result image are not stored on our servers.
  • Public Share Images: If you provide explicit consent to "Public Share" your result, your image, caption, and the analysis results will be stored and made available via a public link for three (3) days. The storage period may be extended based on user engagement with the public link. After this period, the public page and its associated data are automatically deleted.
  • Contact and Newsletter Data: Information provided for our newsletter or through contact forms is retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., as long as you are subscribed or until your inquiry is resolved).

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
